UEFA scores its own blocking injunction
In a recent court decision, the Union Des Associations Européennes De Football (UEFA) has been granted a blocking injunction. The order requires internet service providers (ISPs) to block access to servers providing infringing streams of live UEFA matches.

Court of Appeal upholds blocking injunctions for trade mark infringements
The Court of Appeal has unanimously confirmed the landmark decision in Cartier v BskyB that blocking injunctions are available against websites involved in trade mark infringement. It was also confirmed (by majority) that it was appropriate in this case that the ISPs should bear the costs of implementing the orders.

Another website blocking injunction for trade mark owners
Richemont has been granted a further blocking injunction against the major ISPs for websites offering counterfeit goods for sale. This post summarises the judge's decision in granting this injunction. In the meantime, the grant of the original blocking injunction is under appeal.
